I have so many fun memories with Liz. She always made any situation fun and alway knew how to cheer you up. She always lit up the room when she walked in. She always had a great joke to lighten any situation. She was so passionate about her son, family and friends. Matter of fact she made her friends feel like family. I miss her dearly and often find myself thinking in certain situation , what would Liz do. 
I think some of my favorite memories of Liz was sitting around in sweat pants, just talking and laughing. While little Aayden crawled around. Or the many times riding around in her white (I think it was) a Mercury Topaz or how excited she was when she got the maroon convertiable.  

We went through a lot of birthdays together. Yours always outshined everyone else’s, you wouldn't have had it any other way. I was never big into celebrating for my own but since you are two days older than me your party poured over into mine. You reminded me weekly how many more weeks and days until we were 21. Then it came without you and birthdays for me could never be the same. We can't see you or hear you but we know that you can see and hear us. Sometimes we can feel that you are with us. It feels like so much time has gone by since we have seen you but luckily we have an abundant amount of memories to tide us over until we see you again. I like to think you are counting the days until that moment just like you did for our birthdays. You are missed greatly. Happy Birthday old friend :)

Lizzie was a sweet soul and I enjoyed having her in my class.  She challenged me at times ;-) but never without a sense of humor which was uniquely hers.  I was so sad to hear of her passing and felt like I should go to the funeral to pay my respects.  While there, I connected with her lovely mom and have enjoyed her friendship ever since.

She is missed by many and will always be remembered.  May memories of her smile, joy, and unique awesomeness bring at least some comfort to her family and friends.

 For as long as I can remember you were always the person I could go to for advice with no judgement. I could be completely honest about every situation and feeling I had and you never ever told me I was wrong or crazy, you always empathized. You knew I was here for you and I knew you were here for me. And now even though I can't see you I know you are always a step a head of me. I loved you and love you still. A piece of me is with you just as a piece of you is with me. You are the missing piece in all of our lives and despite how much we miss you and how angry we are that you are gone we know you are in a better place. I think about you every single day. I'm so lucky to have got to share your last birthday with you. Before you know it we will be celebrating together again. Happy Birthday Liz. -Lauren
